Ofer Berger
Ofer, 64 years old, manages Bartek at its Tel Aviv, Israel office. Ofer has over 40 years of experience in the industry, including senior technical positions in the Israeli Air Force. Since 1989, Ofer has been leading Bartek. His professionalism and intimate knowledge of the local technological scene makes him an appreciated and respected figure in the Israeli business community.

Lily Ashkenazy
Customer Services Manager
Lily joined Bartek in 2002 as Customer Service Manager. Lily is in charge of supporting the day-to-day business transactions between the local customers and our foreign principals in regard to sales activities administrative matters, and quality assurance.

Product Manager
Arye joined Bartek in 2018. With M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in sales, Arye manages several product lines with a wide range of Israeli customers.

Ofer Shahar
Product & Business Development Manager
Ofer Shahar joined Bartek in January 2020 with B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering. With 14 years in the industry, Ofer Shahar spent 7 years as sales support engineer in promoting engineered Products and Services to the Power Generation and General Industry companies in Israel. It is Ofer’s responsibility to further promote the products and services provided by Bartek’s principals to existing and new local customers.
